Was talking to vanet about korean food and suddenly remember about something I forgot to post earlier on.

I cooked Kimchi fried rice toady! I think it is okay. I guess. Haha! But of cause I have tasted better ones.

In the first place, I kept the fire big in order to heat up the oil. But I forgot to lower the heat and start to fry my Kimchi. In the end, because of the great heat, it create this burnt smell. It was so choking that me and my mum were like coughing like mad! She quickly open the windows wide. I suddenly remembered about the fire and quickly lower it. So dumb la! Everytime when I cook, sure got problem.

Even though I am a bad cook. I will persevere! Until I can cook a decent meal! =D I will improve on this dish of mine! Will cook for the girls when I got the chance to. Today wanted to cook and let hui to try some. But better not. Because is my first attempt. Haha!

Cant wait to cook again!
